Great example of a proposed Exit Strategy
Found this Esther Dyson’s flickr feed. For those of your entrepreneur’s out there trying to raise money, you have to discuss your exit strategy toward the end of an investor presentation. Most just talk about how much money they will make and how much they think the big companies will buy them for.
For those of you working on your pitches – take note of the picture below. This is how you do it.
The company is Passfaces and they have found 23 – YES – 23 similar exits with the amounts and the companies they sold to.
This is the kind of slide that shows you did your homework and gives the investor a sense of confidence that you will be able to find a buyer when the time is right.
