Hopefully, now that we’re officially in the dog days of summer, you’re able to use some of those saved-up vacation days to take some time off and relax. I’m a big fan of books, so I wanted to compile a list of green-minded reads for the summer. Not all of them are totally environmentally-based, but they all have green underlying themes at times, so check them out.

Oh, and for each, I’ve included Amazon and Half.com links, so if you want to buy online, you can find the cheapest option (not all titles are available on Half at all times). To be clear, these are affiliate links!

Fiction:

  1. The Handmaid’s Tale by Margaret Atwood (Amazon) (Half)
  2. State of Fear by Michael Crichton (Amazon) (Half)
