Grumpy Gamer Joins Hot Head Games for Penny Arcade Adventure

Wow! That was quite the long title, but really, it says everything that this post is about… which I guess is what most titles are suppose to do… Technically. Anyways, as I said, Grumpy Gamer, Ron Gilbert has decided to join teams with the funny folks over at Penny Arcade and episodic adventure game makers, Hot Head Games. The three groups of people working together will create an episodic adventure game based on the comical characters from Penny Arcade. The first games is dubiously titled Penny Arcade Adventures: On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness and is currently in the mode of being created. Not bad… not bad at all.

There is also a write up about the new game over at Gamespot, where you can get a little more insight of the going ons of the game. According to the Hot Head Games website, the game will definitely be episodic and there will be a new game released every couple of months. The game will also be downloadable in a variety of formats, such as Windows, Linux and Mac OS platforms, as not to alienate the large portion of the world that does not run on Windows.
