Recently, GruvMe.com was launched and is currently in beta. GruvMe offers an alternative to Apple’s iTunes for those with iPhones. Additionally, GruvMe’s anywhere digital entertainment application can be used on a large number of mobile devices including cell phones, iPods and video games consoles. It can also seamlessly transition to computers, whether Mac-based or PC-based.
GruvMe.com is owned by M3X Media, a company in the digital entertainment and multimedia industry that focuses on portable solutions. M3X Media is located in West Balm Beach, Florida.
“M3X Media’s optimized site for the iPhone and the new GruvMe service represent well-deserved freedom of choice for all consumers of digital entertainment,” Jim Devericks said, M3X Media’s CEO and chairman. “Until now, Apple and the service providers have called the shots as to what consumers can view and listen to on their wireless devices and how much they pay for it.”
GruvMe customers can opt to pay for downloaded content on a one-by-one basis, or purchase a monthly subscription featuring unlimited downloads. The monthly subscription price is currently $9.95.
We will attempt to setup an interview with M3X Media to learn more about GruvMe.com. Stay tuned!
