		<description>&lt;p&gt;I think almost everyone that has successfully implemented GTD has gone through several rounds of tweaks and/or full on retooling.  About once a year I fall off the wagon.  This is always an opportunity to evaluate what aspects caused me to backslide.   Make changes and back on the wagon.  My final solution (for now) utilizes My Life Organized (MLO) and a self made daily planner.  I can&#039;t say enough good things about MLO.&lt;/p&gt;
