Hackers Using Sports Spam to Infect Computers

Internet Security firm Sophos has reported that there is a new Trojan being circulated via spam email messages.

Written in German, the Haxdoor-IN Trojan poses as a World Cup wall chart that will allow fans the ability to keep tab on teams participating in the tournament next month. Although all of the emails promoting the download of this malware have been written in German, so far, it is likely that the hackers will add other languages so as to increase their potential victims.
