Happy birthday-ish, Slacker Manager!
Well now. It looks like Slacker Manager is rolling through the 12 month mark. Let’s take a moment to look back at where we’ve been…
I remember officially launching the blog on November 1, but backdating two posts to 10/25 and 10/28, just so it wouldn’t look quite so desolate around here. Taking a look at the stats today, I see that there have been 367 (now 368) posts, 1040 comments, 336 trackbacks, one guest author, and roughly 3,000 subscribers to the RSS feed. I’d say that we all deserve a nice round of applause!
Though the blog was conceived and launched to kinda complement the manifesto, it has far and away exceeded my expectations. I’ve made some wonderful connections friends over the past year, very few of whom I’d have met without tending this little patch of the intraweb. I’m grateful for all ya’ll.
I’m grateful for Slacker Manager, too!
Here’s to the first year and many more from the Slacker Manager. You are one of the reasons I have kept going on my blog. We are all grateful for your insights!
