Now I don’t know a lot about mental health and it’s not an issue I have ever had to have dealt with by a professional. However I have common sense which in a lot of people is not so common. Here are a few mental health features I have posted since the beginning of health and men almost ten months ago. I hope they prove useful once more. For other mental health resources check out Mental Health Notes.
- Mental Health Issues And Afghanistan / Iraq War Vets The burdens of war on American Soldiers returning from war.
- War! What Is It Good For? More effects of war on mental health.
- Customer Service | My Mental Health Rant Sometimes you just have to get things like this out of your system and it helps when others can relate.
- Laugh It Up, It’s Good For The Heart Sometimes the internet is a bit handicapped when searching subjects. Check this one out! Not about mental health but laughing is always good.
- Step Up Or Stay Put Don’t be afraid to step up and take what you want…or at least try.
PS- on some of these older posts…my grammar leaves quite a bit to be desired. So bear with me sometimes, I know there are a lot of mistakes…just too lazy to go back that far and fix them.
