Management (or leadership) can&#039;t just say &quot;trust me&quot; and expect it to happen. Trust must be earned the old fashion way ... One must be willing to work for it! Someone must step forward and openly give it and that starts with management!</description>

		<description>Completely agree with this comment ... I&#039;ve found the more you interact with people at the &quot;heart&quot; level, the more loyal and harder working they are.  It&#039;s about mutual trust and respect ... if either of these are missing motivation and enthusiasm for the job soon wane.</description>
