High School Musical: Sing It! For the Wii

I honestly tried to sit through this movie and failed miserably, but I can’t deny that Disney’s High School Musical is a huge hit. Nintendo seems to have recognized the potential, because they’re launching a new sing-a-long game, High School Musical: Sing It! for the Wii.
I’ll stick to my PS2 SingStar games for now, until Nintendo releases something a little more in my taste, but I’m sure this will be flying off the shelves all the same.
If you’re a fan of High School Musical, though, here’s some of the features of the upcoming game:
- Bundled with a microphone
- The game features songs, sets and characters from the original film and High School Musical 2
- 30 songs to choose from, along with 30 minutes of High School Musical bonus footage and cast interviews
- Includes motion-captured choreography from the original movie
- Perform in either duet or solo mode
- Choose from Story, Party or Quickplay Mode
Release day is August 14th, and will only be available in the United States (for now).
