		<description>Don&#039;t even consider the eggs a problem, they actually add quite a bit of the thick consistency in the mock Bailey&#039;s recipe, and the alcohol content will &quot;cook&quot; the eggs, for lack of a better word.  I actually kept mine in the refrigerator for up to a month before without any problem whatsoever.  Thanks for reading my stuff on examiner.com!

		<description>I just found another recipe that cut out the eggs but left everything else the same. 
Then again, if the eggs are fresh then you shouldn&#039;t have anything to worry about. Don&#039;t fear the eggs.  ;)</description>
