Houston Texans sign a running back!

If you are David Carr, you get to lying on your back. You get sacked a lot and we are not talking women here.

Houston has a suspect front line and no running attack.

At least until today.

Running back Ahman Green reached agreement on a contract with the Houston Texans. The deal is for $23 million for four years, including $6.5 million guaranteed. source

Now we all know that Ahman has a tendency to fumble here and there and the Texans won’t set the world on fire, but pay attention, this deal will help the Texans immensely.

Last year there were times when David Carr was the hottest Fantasy Quarterback around. There were times when he was the worst.

Maybe with a running attack, he will at least be a good backup on your Fantasy Team.

Maybe with a running attack, the Texans can win a few more games.

Now if they can only fix that front line!
