How cheap can cheap flight be?
JetBlue announced that they are charging for pillow and blanket sets on flights of two hours or more. The $7 sets, which passengers can keep and reuse, include a 10-by-12-inch pillow, a fleece blanket and a $5 coupon for Bed Bath & Beyond.
How cheap (or low) can these companies go eventually?
I bet that if you take a look at the ticket prices, including all the extra fees, soon we are in situation that all airlines are more or less “cheap”.
Best part… JetBlue says, “Replacing our old, recycled pillows and blankets with this state-of-the-art, high-quality take home kit is an eco-conscious, health-conscious and customer-conscious decision,” Brett Muney, General Manager of Product Development for JetBlue Airways in his whole character…
I thought that airlines always have looked after their valuable customers… but it seems that JetBlue haven’t.
Shame on these so-called airlines.
