&lt;p&gt;Since I&#039;m not freelancing these days, networking isn&#039;t as urgent as it used to be - a matter of survival before. Those halcyon days may return, though... so I dust off LinkedIn every now and then, too.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It&#039;s the FaceBook of the professional set.&lt;/p&gt;
