I&#039;d say almost all of these on the list affect my productivity. Now, the interesting thing is that No. 14 affects my work in multiple ways. Indequate staffing due to various reasons means increased workload at my workplace thereby increased stress levels. This affects productivity too. 

No matter how hard I try, managing teams with inadequate resources seems tough to me. Then again, someone has to do it. 

However, I&#039;d say No. 1, 4, 5, 9, 14 are the biggest hurdles that affect my productivity at work. I&#039;m trying hard to be more efficient and thus remove No. 4, but somehow everyone wants me to solve their problems. It gets tough once people start expecting things out of you at work and that are not a part of your current role.</description>
