How to Build Your Chest in a Hurry

To get a bigger and better chest in a hurry, you want to shock the muscles into growth. An efficient means of accomplishing this is going high reps, no rest on three consecutive exercises. Here is how it works with three sample exercises.
- cross cable flies 1×12
- dumbell bench press on exercise ball 1×12
- decline pushups with your feet elevated to put more pressure on your chest 1×12

You would do these back to back to back with no rest. You then get 90 seconds of rest after each set before going 2 more. This is an extremely tough fury that well put your pectorals to the test. However, whatever you put in is going to come right back to you in the form of a more explosive chest with packed in muscle endurance.
This super chest explosion workout is a good supplement to a heavy chest day. Even if you’re not after a fast chest builder, these types of chest exercises are a great add-on to your current workout.
