How to Lose Weight Fast and Healthy

If you’re serious about losing weight, you can healthily lose 10-15 lbs in a month if you’re willing to be disciplined about what you do and how you eat.
The first step to losing weight quickly is to reduce your calorie intake. You want to dramatically cut down empty calories or calories which provide little to no nutritional value and retain or bolster beneficial calories. Keep in mind that calorie reduction is not ideal if you don’t already consume a high amount of calories. For example, if you only consume 1,900 calories a day, your problem isn’t going to lie in your general calorie intake.
The second step is raising the amount of cardiovascular activity you do. If you don’t do any cardio, you won’t need to turn into a runner over night. Instead, simply start walking every day. If you do get some exercise, take it up a notch and start jogging or running. If you can, the optimal situation would be 20-25 minutes of cardio in the morning when you first wake up and then another 20-25 about 2 hours before you go to bed.
Those two steps will reduce your body fat composition (which should be what you’re really after).
Keep in mind that you don’t need to from 0 to 100% to see dramatic results. For example, if you’re are a couch potato, you don’t need to run 3 miles the next day. Similarly, if you eat 5,500 calories, you don’t need to drop to 1,000.
Just changing your lifestyle in a more positive fashion (ie walking twice a day from doing nothing) will give you great benefits in your fitness.

Eating 4-5 small meals a day also works. Most diet programs like Lindora will tell you to do that off the bat.
Great tips, Kris! I wish I had seen this months ago since that’s basically what I’m doing and I’m finally seeing results.
I eat about 6 small meals per day and I make sure to drink a lot of water, as well.
I once lost a lot of weight because i was sick and did not eat food for about a week. I only drank Juice and Water. But as soon as I was on my feet again I put the weight right back on. I have been telling my friends and sisters the same thing for years there is no fast cure for weight lost just eating right, and working out evening if it is just walking it will help. I am now going through the process of putting myself back on the right track of getting my weight down.
