HP Pavilion Elite m9000t

ComputerShopper has released a review on their site with the HP m9000t. The short, albeit detail featured, review has good things to say about the PC, with only one main gripe against it. The m9000t has an Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 that’s overclocked to 3.2GHz from 2.6, along with 2GB of RAM, 500GB of internal storage with HP’s MediaDrive bay for portable external storage. There’s also WiFi, a remote (pictured) and a wired keyboard and mouse. Seriously? Wired? Come on.

The big draw to the computer is that it has both HD-DVD and Blu-Ray drives allowing you to watch movies from both formats, but not burn them. It does have a DVD Burner, though. The nVidia GeForce 8600GT has DVI and HDMI ports for outputing the video to a monitor or your HDTV.  The m9000t “Elite” is available from HP’s website for $1,494 after a $100 online instant rebate.
