I am Doing a StumbleUpon Ad Campaign

I have been waiting on trying out a StumbleUpon ad campaign for my blog for awhile now. I finally took the time to launch one this week for my humor blog pointlessbanter.net.
At first I am going to start out slow and dip my feet in to try out demographics. Here is what I set up so far…
I put ten dollars down (100 views) on two different posts:
-A single post targeted at females in the US between 21-40 who are interested in the humor category, this post has been really popular on SU already garnering me almost 50,000 page views over the last view months. The traffic from it has died down a bit and I want to see if running a campaign for a few days reinvigorates it.
Why females? They traditionally have been the readers for my blog even though I write with a distinctly male slant.
-The homepage just in general humor: no country, gender or age choice.
I just wanted to see what the different in performance would be.
I will report back and write what happens as this goes along. I am going to run each of these for a few days and see if they help with existing pages that already have done will virally.
After that I want to pick an old post of mine that hasn’t been stumbled to run a campaign with to see what the results are.

Hey, I’m really looking forward to reading what’s happened to your campaign!
Are you done yet?
Hi Chris – I’ve taken over for Kevin on BuzzNetworker. I don’t know what’s happening with this. You’ll have to go to his personal site which I think is pointlessbanter.com to find out! :)
Thanks for reading, and please keep reading!! :)
