If Your Corporate Motto Is “No Excuses”

If your corporate motto is “No Excuses” I have a few words for you… yes, personal thoughts based on a personal situation backed by over 30 years of experience in the business world so don’t bother to try to deny it.

A Valid Explanation For A Negative Result Is Not An Excuse!!!

It is simply an explanation, unless;

You’re a greedy, short-sighted, self-consumed, seemingly impermeable, scared CORPORATE MOGUL! And YOU want it to be an excuse so that YOU don’t have to accept responsibility for YOUR management gaffs!

We tried to fill you in on what we thought was in need of improvement and you ignored us! We attempted to offer years of experience with the idea that we wanted to improve sales just as badly as you do, but you dismissed us outright! We did our absolute best with the tools that you provided us with and your tools weren’t enough! You refused to listen to valid, qualified reasoning and you called it an excuse! Sad, very, very sad, you are…

Then you send your underlings to attempt to intimidate us with the threat of the loss of our employment? Them or us? There is a wonderful saying that explains you sooooo well!

People wrapped up in themselves make very small packages.

Take it for what it means to you…
