I’m Resisting the Blogging Resolution Urge
It would be soooo easy to write a post about my New Year’s Blogging Resolutions, but I’m not gonna do it. Nope.
- Keep posts short and write about five per day (yeah, right).
- Write more about me (enough about me, what do YOU think of me?)
- Have some contests and generally pander to my readers. (I do love you, you know…)
- Write more about my new job at the University of Illinois. (lots of stuff there)
- Make more video blog entries (Space Fans on YouTube are getting very restless).
- Post more equipment reviews. Gives me a good reason to buy more astronomy hoo-hahs.
Damn. Some urges are too strong, even for contrarians.
Keep the long posts too, Tony… Tell us about your job at U of Illinois, that sounds interesting. And yes, we Space Fans are getting restless.
You should see Mars from down here – and Sirius has been kinda bright lately, too. Nice skies.

We’ve had a few cold, dry nights lately in San Juan, which have cleared a lot of the haze to nice crisp skies – best in quite a while; but alas, the rain returneth.
