I’m Seeing Double, Four Adrian Petersons!

childress.jpgAnd my, how mediocre was their play. The one in purple had 78 yards and 2 touchdowns, but on a couple plays he looked like he was a broken tackle away from a huge play. Usually that Adrian Peterson breaks those tackles. The other Adrian Peterson plays offense for the Bears, so I didn’t really expect much from him. It was a very sloppily played game with an intensely boring first half, but it had the necessary drama to keep it interesting to the end. And there was a designed quarterback draw ran by Brooks Bollinger. I know, weird right?

The Vikings have won five straight, although their opponent haven’t been all that impressive. With the Giants regularly scheduled backup to the playoff in full effect and the division winners of the NFC South and West being from the NFC South and West, a team quarterbacked by Tavaris Jackson just might be the third best team in the National Football Conference.
