NFL Football at its best. NFL Football at its craziest.
Peyton Manning threw for over 300 yards and two TDs to lead Indianapolis to a 27 – 20 victory over the New England Patriots.
Tom Brady was intercepted 4 times; tieing the most in one game for him, including the final drive for what could have been the tieing touchdown.
The possibility for a tie was set up when Adam Vinatieri missed his second and only two missed field goals of the year.
New England controlled the ground game with 148 yards on the ground, but Marvin Harrison helped Indy control the air game with 8 catches for 145 yards and two touchdowns.
The weekly poll was split 4 to 4 on the winner of this game. Your intrepid author had picked New England. Ouch!
NFL Football Fan Question Peyton and the Colts are undefeated. Can they go the whole season undefeated?
As always, any NFL Football related comments are welcome.
