Solid advice as always. Very strong and well needed in todays climate. I would also add one more point and ensure that people walk the line well without passing over to the area of arrogance, which sometimes happens when confidence takes on a new mission of its own. Subtle difference but closely aligned.

Hi Shikha!

Thanks for stopping by Interview Chatter today! Please stop by again!

"I am desperate" implies that if you don't get it the world will be over for you versus "I am passionate" speaks to a drive or energy on the inside of you as a person that compels you to do whatever it takes for as long as it takes to see that dream job come to pass. If it doesn't happen tomorrow, you are no less passionate about the dream versus, moving to a place of hopelessness because of a feeling of desperation. Let me know if that helps!

Just wanted to know becoz according to my experience passion is one thing interviewers look in a candidate
