I’d try to get Robert and get a full explanation. I would suspect that the programmers have a problem with the security module that they’re upgrading.

And because of that, chances of them mass mailing all c-gold users are slim now since they encountered problems.

We’ll wait for the official nacks from them! ;)

Thats good good. As we know e-dinar which was once a subsidiary of e-gold also has Malaysian interest. It is based in Labuan. I think you c-gold should have no problem as it has plans to expand its operation offline. This will be much more better than other DGC.

c-gold is NOT a Malaysia-based company.
Commerce Gold is a project of Private Gold Equities Exchange Limited, a Seychelles company.
Gold storage, customer support, and bailments and redemptions are outsourced to a Malaysian company.
Bank Negara and have expressed that they are not concerned about this arrangement, quite on the contrary, in fact.
Our CPA tells us that they are watching our operations with interest and have signalled a general willingness to discuss our requirements to actually base CG here outright, rather than – as planned – in Singapore.

So yes, while Malaysia has fairly stringent rules, they agree that those rules don’t apply to c-gold under the current arrangement, and are flexible to accommodate us, if we decided to go that way.

Congratulations to c-gold which is gaining acceptance. One question though, As this is a Malaysian based company, I was wondering on the rules and regulation of the central bank of Malaysia.
It is quite strict on its policies.
