Introduction, Part 2

Hey there – I’m the Colleen that Rachel mentioned in her introductory post! I’ve been waiting with baited breath for Drinks after Dark to launch, and now we’re finally here!

I’ll be concentrating, for the most part, on cocktails and hard alcohol, the things that taste good, feature recipes and as many cool things as I possibly can find.

I have a deeply ingrained love of cocktails, and even the culture surrounding them. The method in which to properly drink absinthe for example. The fact that tequila is not just for shots.
