Invoicing Writing Clients Is Easy

I’m always amazed at how many folks ask about how to do an invoice… it’s really a simple process, which I spell out here.

I suspect the questions are really more about a feeling of entitlement to the money earned. Somehow many freelance writers seem to feel they haven’t quite earned their money. But most likely you have. You may be worth way more than you think you are.

Another hidden question is the reluctance so many freelance writers feel about treating their work as a real business… the short form is ‘get over it.” You offer a valuable service and you deserve to get paid for it.
