YouTube Mobile is dependent upon your phone’s media player, which may not be well-adapted to YouTube videos. That’s why the iPhone’s dedicated YouTube player, as seen in the fifth iPhone ad, is a breath of fresh air.
For those who want to play Flash videos from any site on any phone, fear not: a Flash alternative is in development for Opera Mini, the browser that’ll bring sweet iPhone-like browsing to every other phone.

I think it is cool how we can watch youtube stuff on the iPhone but when I first viewed the youtube videos on the iPhone, the quality was not impressive at all and I think it might be because the usage of the iPhone has slowed the network down a lot. I also found out that a mobile entertainment network site called ZANNEL has the same ability as youtube. Zannel can also be viewed on the iPhone and the quality seem 2 times better in terms of clarity so I am not sure what is going on.
