iPhone Sighting: How I Met Your Mother

In the 3rd episode of the 3rd season of “How I Met Your Mother” the iPhone makes an appearance. Now you can’t imagine what a treat this is for me. I love this show. It’s up there with Friends. It’s so hip and “right now”. I can relate to the characters so much. We’re roughly the same age, like the same things, etc. So seeing one of current “it” gadgets make an appearance on one of my favorite shows is da bomb!. Add to that the Wii also makes an appearance. How cool is that?

I know what you mean about the show. It’s so great as a twentysomething to see a show that gets it right. The characters feel like people I’d actually want to hang out with.

I think that Ted did ride the tricycle. A commenter on my blog (http://www.have-you-met-ted.com) pointed out that in the final scene where Barney is grilling Ted about the outcome the last shot is Marshall nodding yes before the credits.

I’ve been noticing iPhones in a lot of shows this season. Journeyman has one as does Moonlight.
That’s kind of funny. I love the show, too. It’s just really difficult to find here in the UK!
