Most talented? Maybe.
Nicest? Without a doubt!
Chris Paul, according to Yahoo! Sports, couldn’t leave the New Orleans’ locker room on Saturday until he had finished helping a friend tie his tie correctly.
Forget the fact that he had just set an NBA record for his sixth straight double-double of at least 20 points, and 10 assists, passing the achievement set by Oscar Robinson (Hall of Famer) in 1968.
Oh yeah, he also had seven rebounds and four steals.
And, as most guys often do, Paul failed to take credit for the broken record remarking that “assists only occur when your teammates do what they are supposed to be doing.”
Maybe this season Paul will prove the “nice guys finish last” theory is nothing but a bunch of bunk.
