		<description>I think that&#039;s sort of the point. Employer&#039;s would have to let you have more options, rather than having a slipshod meeting that no one really cares about.</description>

		<description>Most 401k plans I&#039;ve been in provide the employee a limited set of choices for investment options, some good, some not so good.  I don&#039;t really want the government screwing up 401k plans, as only they can do.  However, I would like a broader range of investment options from my employer so I could use my own good sense in determining investments and asset allocations.</description>
