Your simple advise ONE BUTTON CLICK made a HUGE difference!!!! Thanks!!!! Typical MS, they should a huge button on the desktop "RUN FAST". My old Windows ME outperforms both the XP sp2 on my laptop (1.8 Gig) and my new HP desktop (2.0 Gig) with VISTA. Can someone inform me on HOW TO get rid of the crap mentioned in this artcle and where is the speed selector to increase performance?
