Every now and then I get contacted about a promotion of some sort that involves athletic women or women who are really involved in the sports world. This one caught my interest so I thought I’d share it with all of you. I’m taking a break from commenting on today’s sports issues to bring you news about the “It Girls” Essentials Contest.
About the contest: Today’s real-life “It Girls” have a million things going on in their lives – school, friends, family, a job, causes to support, media to consume and texts to return. “It Girls” are always ahead of the curve, and when it comes to making a difference, these everyday superstars are making an impression on the world – each in her own unique way.
The reason I decided to talk about this contest is because the latest “It Girl” is an ESPN intern in Austin, Texas, and that’s one of the reasons why she was chosen. Check out her “It Girl’s Guide to Sports!”
