I TOTALLY disagree with you about MP3 being dead, though. If you ask most people that download MOST legal/illegal music MOST people have no idea what to do with Ogg Vorbis or AAC - save media player or winamp has a codec. (Which I think, natively, they do...) I can't vouch for overseas, but here in America, MOST people are lazy and if anything that someone downloads doesn't work "right out the box" the file is usually deleted.
