Who loves Gamasutra? I love Gamasutra!! And do you know why? Because they always have insightful gaming articles that pique the interest and warm the heart. And what’s even better is that often times they have articles about adventure gaming and not just about all the other gaming that is so popular in today’s youth.

I mean, take a look at this article here. It is teeming with Jane Jensen goodness and we just can’t get any better than that. I mean, just look at the perils that Jane faced when deciding her career options:

Jensen describes books as her “first love” while growing up, noting that she “always wanted to be a writer”. However, the search for a “lucrative career option” that was unlikely to see her “waitressing at a Denny’s,” saw her majoring in Computer Science by the time she reached college age.

… Because we all know that the best way to learn how to write books is to major in Computer Science! I mean, look at me! I majored in computer science and I have 20 books written!

Okay, no I don’t. This is my only writing outlet and we’ll just say that it isn’t publishing material. Damnit.

After reading this article, I think Jane Jensen is my new hero.
