Jeffrey Lurie may own the Philadelphia Eagles. He may be worth over a billion dollars. His team may be going to the 2008 NFL playoffs. But he certainly won’t win any high-fiving awards.
As you can see in the below video, Jeffrey Lurie accidentally slapped his wife in a botched high-five. What may have thrown Lurie off is that his wife put up both hands for the high-five. Two hands can make even the most talented high-fiver hesitate — but usually the result isn’t an open-handed punch to the kisser.
While it appears as if Lurie’s wife was no worse for wear, you know he’s hearing about it right now. The wife undoubtedly didn’t enjoy taking one to the face on live national television.
