Jesse Ventura to Pull a Judge Judy?

There’s an alarming, not to say inexplicable, new trend in ex-wrestlers whose continued fame continues to perplex us who get their own television shows.

It all started with Hulk Hogan. First there was the reality show—which, for all its flaws, is at least better than Kim Kardashian’s waste of Nielsen space—situated in the Hogan household. (This was before the world knew about the Hogan parents’ respective propensity for getting it on with Brooke’s pals). Next we have the sad truth of Hulk Hogan’s Celebrity Wrestling Championship to look forward to this fall.

Now we can throw Jesse Ventura into the vat of Has-it-really-come-to-this? television programming: Perez Hilton reports that the ex-wrestler, ex-governor is in talks to commit an airwave travesty of justice. That is, Ventura might host a daytime television court show.
