Jessica Simpson: Fair-Weather Fan?

What do the number 13, broken mirrors, and Jessica Simpson have in common? According to Terrell Owens, they all bring bad luck. (To be fair, T.O. admitted the following day that it was all a joke—more or less).

Simpson’s fangirl face time at last week’s game touched off the talk, given that QB/boyfriend Tony Romo had the worst outing of his career. But yesterday’s game 20-13 game over the Carolina Panthers was A-OK, as Romo threw for 257 yards and one touchdown.

And what of the erstwhile Daisy Duke? No sign of her, unless you count the guys in the stands who wore blonde wigs (but not, we very sincerely hope, Daisy Dukes).

But this doesn’t mean Jessica’s black-cat status has been cleared. After all, T. O. did leave the game with an ankle injury . . .
