Jobs To Kick Off AWDC 2007

Steve Jobs will kick off the 2007 Apple Worldwide Developers Conference this coming June 11, 2007. Keynote starts at 10 a.m. Jobs is expected to demo a feature complete Leopard. Developers will also be treated to a beta copy that they can take home to test. Leopard is set to go on sale this October.

Apart from the demo of Leopard, there’s also talk that Apple will use the event to formally debut the iPhone. This is on track with Apple’s announcement last January that the iPhone will start shipping this June.

For more details about Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference check out the Apple Developer Connection web site and this press release.
