UFC.Com reports that Keith Jardine, aside from fighting, has been busy with a few movies rolls. “The Dean of mean” has a small role in the sequel to the Jason Statham movie Crank, entitled “Crank: High Voltage“. It looks extremely cheesy, but then again so was the first one. He has also wrapped up filming for the movie “Game” which he explains is very similar to Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Running Man, where he had a bigger role as an Ex-com.

“It’s a really cool concept,” he said. “It’s kinda like Running Man, where people go through this game show where if they pass a certain amount of scenes they get set free, but no one ever passes because it’s so hard, and someone is basically controlling each person like a video game. I happen to be one of the characters who’s an ex-convict, and I’m out there shooting people, blowing people up, and doing a lot of cool stuff, and I got a death scene, which is really cool.”
That sounds like a cool movie. I like Running Man (When it came out) and I could see how this could be interesting as well. Jardine recently suffered a loss to Quinton “Rampage” Jackson after three round loss by decision at UFC 96. Catch Keith Jardine in High Voltage coming on April 17th.
