Country star, Keith Urban, enjoyed considerable success with his 2006 album Love, Pain & The Whole Crazy Thing. It’s first single “Once in a Lifetime” made history by becoming the highest-debuting country single (it entered at #17) in the 62-year history of Billboard’s country charts.
It ended up being quite a year for Urban – he married actress, Nicole Kidman, on July 25th, the single dropped on August 21st and by October 19th, he was checking himself into the Betty Ford Center to seek help for his substance abuse problems.
I think that his personal struggles only made his Love, Pain & The Whole Crazy World Tour more interesting to more than a million fans who came out in droves to see the singer perform in six countries (150 shows!) and three continents.
The live DVD also contains bonus footage including exclusive outtakes, in-studio footage of Keith re-recording his #1 hit "You Look Good In My Shirt," as well as exclusive photographs.
It was originally released back in November 2008 but Amazon has it listed as a new release again (as of yesterday). If you haven’t seen it, pick up a copy! Here’s the tracklisting:
