Ken Shamrock Vs. Kimbo Slice…Really?

This is the first I heard about this. On CBS tonight Elite XC has Ken Shamrock matched up against Kimbo Slice. Now I don’t know how well Ken Shamrock is doing these days but the last time I saw him fight was when he fought Tito Ortiz and lost in a TKO that I think could have gone longer. So I’m wondering what kind of shape Ken Shamrock is in these days. I have only watched Elite XC twice that I can think of and I will probably watch it tonight to see Ken Shamrock face Kimbo Slice. But it might not happen…
MMA Fighting.com just reported that Ken and Kimbo’s match might be canceled because Shamrock suffered a cut above his eye since yesterdays weigh in. Not details how this happened and it makes you wonder if Shamrock doesn’t want to fight. Could have just been a training accident, who knows?
Elite XC airs tonight on CBS at 9PM est.
