Kevin Garnett Taunts Jose Calderon – Video

What is the deal with Kevin Garnett? We know he’s competitive but this video of Garnett taunting Jose Calderon is pretty outrageous. Perhaps the most outrageous aspect is that Garnett wasn’t assessed a technical foul.
Apparently winning a championship has given Garnett free reign to do whatever he wants. Clapping and putting a finger in an opposing player’s face isn’t off limits. I wonder what Garnett would have needed to have done to get a technical foul in this situation. Perhaps a body slam would have done the trick? Maybe not.
The cool aspect of this event is that now we might actually get some sort of rivalry in the Eastern Conference in the NBA. Right now, it seems that all the teams are too young and too novel to have too much hatred. A little bad blood never hurt anybody.
