One thing that is missing (sort of) is MySpace although it does fall under networking as well but it is deserving of its own category. I absolutely love MySpace for branding purposes as well as for advertising. To me the site is more useful than an email database of you users as you can find people and add them as a friend (assuming they accept) as opposed to relying on them to sign up. You can then use this base of people of similar interests to drive traffic to your website.
