I have been using the Athletes' Oasis water bottles and have increased my milage running quicker than I ever thought possible.

PS. Staping weights to your hand does not hurt your workout at all, as long as you work with your natural body rhythm and do not make unnatural movements.

If you know anything about the study with people walking and running with weights you understand the people conducting the test wanted the outcome the test produced. The test was flawed.
