Lazy Lovin’ Is As Bad As No Lovin’?

16_ sleeping couple I came across an article on Yahoo! health about lazy loving. Meaning that when it comes to sexual interaction, we as humans start to become like your typical animal and treat sex as quick gratification or a mating ritual that usually doesn’t last very long. 99.999% of the time it’s only the male species that is actually gratified or satisfied which can cause your significant other to stray and seek other means of satisfaction, whether it be artificial or organic (and I don’t mean vegetables you pervs!).

Here are a few excerpts from the article to help you better understand the importance of spontaneous sex among other things.

Whatever form it takes, sex is a two-way street where both participants need to decide what is going to be served on the “love menu” on any particular night.

Sex can become relegated to Saturday night in the way that laundry is saved for Sunday afternoon. Whenever sex happens, it should not be a chore. Try changing up the sex schedule to break your routine.

It is much fairer, and more exciting, if both partners in a relationship initiate sex from time to time.

Sex is a wonderful gift that can help us stay physically, emotionally, and spiritually healthy. But like all health matters, sex requires work. So don’t be a lazy lover.
