“Leadership is practiced not so much in words as in attitude and in actions.” – Harold S. Geneen
What do you think? Is this leadership? Can you use this for how you lead your team?

I agree with the above leadership quote. If u only use motivational words that’s what will remain in the end – motivational words. You eventually have to prove your words through actions and attitude and intentions. Otherwise, it’s only words…
I always believe a good leader eventually and is constantly working her/him self out of a job. A engaged and active team does not need oppresive “under my thumb” leadership. This stifles creativity as well as the team taking accountability for its actions.
leadership is about attaining worthwhile goals.it revolves upon goals and the most effective process of its completion and not mere rethorics
Just attitude and action isn’t a leaders quality. But think it’s the incorporation of the vision, ability to carry the followers along and then the attitude and action.
