If you want to see someone who has an incredible intern program look at James Brausch. He has it set up so that he doesn't need to do anything. It runs on autopilot. He has systemitized every task and created simple directions and videos. In fact he feels it is so easy to follow the training he does not allow interns to ask him any questions. I don't know how many he has, but I will bet he has hundreds working for him throughout the year. All at no cost. If you are interested you can see some of what he does at his blog.
