Life In A China Xbox 360 Production Factory, Work And Play

An employee (fresh college graduate) from a Microsoft Xbox 360 factory in Guangdong, China, shares with us what’s like behind the scene.

“That place is extremely secluded. There’s a dormitory and a road (you can stand at the middle of the road at night without getting hit). Night-morning-afternoon-night again. Work is tiring but I enjoy it. The basic pay is 680 yuan ($90), you can work overtime for 80 hours per month but the max I hit is 1600 yuan ($211).”
