		<description>The issue isn&#039;t that we need more lists, you are right, Rachel. Is it that we need more respect, recognition, resources? I don&#039;t know. But, the fact that women are seldom taken seriously, except by other women, is why we create the lists...and the seminars and the orgs, that are for women, by women. 

It&#039;s not that we WANT to exclude men... but, since they continue to exclude us, we have to have somewhere else to turn - and we turn to each other.</description>
